Santa's Treat

Like most families we make Santa a special treat for Christmas Eve. Last year it was a snow man cake and every year before that it was sugar cookies. This year we made him a big chocolate with vanilla cream filling. Hmmmm.
First you melt and stir the chocolate. Then you put it in the funnel, secure the whole so it doesn't come out the bottom. Pot it in the Freezer for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile.....your spoons need cleaning.Next make the filling.Pull the funnel out of the freezer and put the filling in.Of course after the cream filling all spoons need another good cleaning. Cover the top of the cream all the way to the top of the funnel with chocolate. Do one last clean up. Put the chocolate in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Pull out and warm the sides until chocolate comes out. The kids thought it was so cool to make an enormous chocolate chip. We had fun with this one.
